Return Policy
At ShePrestige, we take pride in ensuring the quality of our products, meticulously inspecting each item before it leaves our warehouse. If, however, you receive a defective product, rest assured that our return process is hassle-free, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Defective Product Handling: If you're unsatisfied with your recent purchase, kindly follow these steps:
- Click here to start a return using our easy to use return platform within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Provide clear photos or videos highlighting the quality defects of the product.
- Once the defect is confirmed (usually within one day), we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or credit it to your ShePrestige account.
We won't process a return in cases where you cannot provide media evidence or the provided content doesn't establish a quality defect. All items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. Shipping charges for returns are your responsibility.
Returns or Cancellations (Non-Quality Issue):
- Cancellations can be made prior to shipment; once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
- For returns or exchanges unrelated to quality issues, you are responsible for return and redelivery shipping costs.
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- A refund without returning the package is applicable if: the courier confirms package loss or damage, or if we mistakenly send the wrong item or size/printed item.
Item Condition for Returns:
- Return items must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.
- Items marked with a non-returnable symbol or complimentary items cannot be returned.
Refund Process:
- We will process your refund within 8 business days of confirmation. You can opt for a refund to your ShePrestige account or your original payment account (credit or debit cards may require an additional 3-7 business days for processing).
- Please note that shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
Important Reminders:
- Do not return items to the sender's address on the package; use the address provided by our team to prevent delays.
- Ensure your return package contains only ShePrestige items; we cannot be held responsible for non-ShePrestige items mistakenly included.
